DELIVERY TO ALL PARTS OF THE U.K. IS FREE
 

EUROPE and the REST OF THE WORLD

Delivery costs are determined on the final price of the basket, before any discount coupons have been applied.

Please remember to select this option if you reside outside the United Kingdom.

Unfortunately, free delivery only applies to UK deliveries.  Please contact us for postage costs. 
 

PRIORITY DESPATCH

If you need your order despatched urgently, we now have a Priority Despatch system, which you can select at the checkout.  This ensures that your order will be processed by our despatch department within 24 hours.  Please note that this is not a guarantee of delivery time, as 'Priority Despatch' does not refer to the service given by the Royal Mail or courier.

 

EU VAT REGISTERED CUSTOMERS

Please remember to quote your number with your order. We also need an e-mailed or faxed copy of your VAT certificate before we can remove the VAT content of the order.
 

DELIVERY AND TRACKING

We normally need ONE working day from receipt of payment to process an order before it enters the mail system.  
 

HOLIDAY PERIODS

Please be patient after a holiday period when there could be some delays in despatch.
 

CONFIRMATION OF DESPATCH

You'll receive an e-mail when the item has been posted or has been collected by the carrier.Please provide a telephone number for all carrier deliveries outside the U.K. (Some carriers will not deliver without this number and this will slow down the dispatch of your parcel.) If the delivery address is different from the one on the invoice please let us know immediately
 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Please allow 7 working days for U.K. deliveries and 14 days for deliveries within Europe.

Time needs to be taken for payment, shipping and delivery, especially by independent carriers. Your patience is appreciated, especially during busy holiday periods.

Please contact us by e-mail or telephone if a parcel has not arrived.
 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

If any item proves NOT to be one you required, then please return it, unused, in its original box or wrapping, for a full refund of the purchase price. We regret that postage costs cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty or has been delivered incorrectly.

Please beware grubby finger and oily marks, because it makes it difficult to resell the item. We can only exchange or make a refund once the original item has been returned. If an item has to be re-addressed then we ask for the additional postage cost to be paid before it is despatched.

We advise that items are returned by recorded mail.

Please also make sure that the correct postage is applied.  Underpaid items usually remain at the post office for up to three weeks before being returned to the sender.
